Main Luggage: Up to $4,000 per bag.
Hand Luggage: Up to $3,000 per bag.
Oversized Items: Up to $3,000 per item.
This insurance applies only to incidents caused by Luggage Guard during the handling, storage, or transportation of your belongings.
Coverage Scope: Insurance covers loss, theft, or damage that occurs while your luggage is in Luggage Guard’s possession.
Exclusions:
Loss or damage caused by improper packing or handling by the customer.
Pre-existing damage to luggage or its contents.
Prohibited or undeclared items.
Proof of Loss/Damage: Customers must provide necessary documentation, such as proof of booking, photos of the damaged item, and receipts for high-value items, to initiate a claim.

Submit Documentation: Provide the required details, including:
Booking reference number.
Description of the incident.
Supporting evidence (e.g., photos, receipts).

Compensation: Approved claims will be processed, and compensation will be issued as per the insurance coverage limits.
